Despite the fact that Karl Lagerfeld once condemned the wearing of sweatpants, in recent years, thanks to the efforts of designers who came from street brands, joggers have become firmly entrenched in wardrobes of both genders. Modern fashionistas are less and less willing to sacrifice comfort for the sake of fashion, but here Demna Gvasalia said that these two concepts can be combined - and combined. There are many stylistic uses, given that every brand - from the hottest Japanese to the classic Italians - featured sweatpants in a variety of silhouettes, fabrics, shades and prints.

Method 1. With a jacket
For me, the example of athleisure style has been Brunello Cucinelli for years. He organically weaves elements of sporty style into a classic wardrobe - for example, he combines joggers with jackets. If you want inspiration in this style - take a look at the site. The jacket remains classic, but at the same time not strict, but relaxed, and the trousers are not too wide and, best of all, monochromatic. Clothes can overlap with each other due to color: for example, a white bottom with white hardware and a top strip. Brunello Cucinelli joggers are very comfortable both to walk to the office and to travel. Plus, this is one of the first brands to suggest replacing classic suit pants with an elastic band.

Method 2. With loafers
Gucci is very interesting to the topic of sportswear. The creative director of the brand, Alessandro Michele, does not like half measures: while everyone habitually combines joggers with sneakers, he demonstrates styling with loafers and other unsportsmanlike things. I would hardly dress like that, but judging by the appearance of the guests of the fashion house shows, there are still lovers.

Method 3. With a white T-shirt
I occasionally practice pairing gray joggers with a leather jacket and a white tee. I am sure that a white T-shirt can marry any wardrobe item (well, almost). This combination is suitable for both guys and girls: in the second case, you can replace sneakers with shoes or sandals. The upper ankle strap, if available, can be tucked into the bottom of your sweatpants. This will create an imitation of ruffles and, accordingly, add lightness to the image.

Method 4. With a hoodie
Again, joggers in soft cotton or cashmere are great for traveling. They can be worn not only with a light travel jacket, but also in a more classic way for sportswear - with a zipped hoodie. It is better to choose a silhouette that is not too voluminous to look elegant, and not like a touring rapper (unless you are, of course, a rapper). Depending on the direction of travel, you can put on a bomber or jissovka on the hoodie.

Method 5. With a bomber
The good thing about the combination of joggers with a bomber is that both things have elastic bands at the waist. This emphasizes the proportions, does not create unnecessary volumes and, in general, looks organic: looking at you in this way, no one will think that you have left the workout or went to the bakery. Especially if you supplement the set not with sneakers, sneakers or massive sandals, but, for example, rough boots, as they do on street style.

Method 6. With jeans
The same can be said about jeans, which, as a rule, are narrowed downwards. Play with the hues here: keep the jacket classic (white, black, blue or light blue) and the joggers that catch your eye (pink, emerald, paisley or tie-dye). For the greatest harmony of the image, you can wear glasses, jewelry, a headdress or a scarf in the color of your trousers, or you can choose accessories to match the shade of the stripes. If not all, then very many trousers have them - for example, iconic adidas or branded Gucci.

Method 7. With a shirt
Unusual and therefore original, sports pants look complete with a shirt - blank white (in summer it is especially comfortable in linen) or wide with a Hawaiian print and short sleeves. It is better to tuck the first one inside the trousers (make sure that they do not bulge from this), and the second one should be left out. If it's not abnormally hot outside, then under the shirt you can wear the same white T-shirt to match - with sleeves or with wide straps.

Method 8. With a sweatshirt
The old school image, familiar to us from the 80s, is now getting a new interpretation. In a tracksuit and sweatpants, Beyoncé starred for the lookbook of the collaboration between her brand Ivy Park and adidas, infecting her fans with an example - and not bad. If earlier the sweatshirt was worn outside, now it is tucked into trousers. In this case, things must be of the same shade.
