Do everything as usual, only in nature

Accessible internet, powerful charging of any device and lightness of seasonal clothing make it possible to get out to work, study and meet on the street without risking productivity. It is more pleasant to write business letters from a shop in the park. Preparing for a foreign language exam - on a blanket in the park. Set up small outdoor picnics with friends instead of hanging out on the veranda. Instead of having breakfast or dinner in the kitchen, move to the balcony.
There is no binding to one place - go to your friends at the dacha to work from there. Choose outdoor sports, the street as a meeting place, walks with audiobooks instead of book nights, summer outdoor festivals. The more time you spend outside of four walls, the more you will remember the summer. And even if this habit is difficult to start, the main thing is to start. Listening to music, sketching, filming, reading, moving is always more pleasant in the air - you just need to remind yourself of this.

Remind yourself of the joy of solitude
Summer time suggests that we definitely meet with friends and acquaintances, spend a lot of time with those whom we missed in the cold season, walk by the arms on dates and sit on benches. Solitude is generally considered something involuntary - a kind of rest, with which something is fundamentally wrong: you need to enjoy every minute with other people. At the same time, summer for many introverts can be a very productive break, in which a lot of things mature, come up and happen - only without the obligatory participation of outsiders.
Do not be ashamed of your need to be alone, and consider which solitary activities bring you the most joy. Cooking dinner for yourself, making coffee, going to the cinema alone, wallowing on a blanket with a book, walking a lot, driving without a purpose, traveling, lying in the bathroom, equipping an apartment - all this can be done in company, but it is generally not necessary. Think about the criteria for quality loneliness for you, after which you definitely feel good, and regularly return to this set during the blues.
Make a list "It's high time, but no time"
Lack of time in the middle of the year is also a problem that can be partially solved in summer. First of all, because from time to time some people still go to rest and leave us alone. Each of us has a list of constantly postponed pleasant things for which that very free day is never enough: the unrealizability of plans for months can upset no less than specific bad news.
Think that you are constantly procrastinating. Listen to all the good records from the last couple of years? Making the perfect dessert at home? Hang out in your favorite area? Gather old friends? Go to your grandmother's dacha? Come up with a strategy for yourself for five years? Hair and dye? Go on a new date every day? Go to training? Rearrange? Try to gradually implement the most enjoyable things on this list, the thoughts of which bring the most satisfaction.

However, seasonal fruits and vegetables are always rich in vitamins, our body is best prepared to digest them, and most vegetables, fruits and berries that are sold in summer for ridiculous amounts can be eaten in kilograms and frozen for the winter. Come up with a sports challenge before the end of summer
Finding motivation for sports activities is difficult for most all year round, but in the summer they manage to persuade themselves to go to workouts from time to time. Summer is a great time to get ready for your running distance. Practice stretching. Get to the next level in any workout available, from yoga to cardio. Start walking at least 10 thousand steps a day. Defeat a jump rope or dumbbells. Love the rollers, board or bike. Set yourself a serious but reachable goal and move towards it throughout the summer - so that at the end you can proudly say that you have cycled 300 km, ran those 10 km, or you can sit down 100 times a day without even breaking a sweat.
