The premiere of the high-jewelery collection Tie & Dior took place for the first time not in Paris, but in Shanghai, during a dinner party on the occasion of the opening of the Designer of Dreams exhibition at the Long Museum Complex. Victoire herself explains her idea in the following way: “The starting point was the tie & dye game. Images of blurring color spots on the paper immediately appeared in my head, which immediately gave the idea of movement, gradient, contrast of bright colors interspersed with diamonds. The creative director of the jewelry direction discussed sketches for the future collection with Maria Grazia Chiuri, who composed several monochrome tie-dye tunic dresses. These outfits took part in the Tie & Dior jewelry fashion show in Shanghai.
This precious collection of over 100 pieces continues the stylistics of the previous Gem Dior and Dior et Moi collections, built on the use of abstract shapes and bright stones. Color transitions are conveyed by combining different cuts within the same decoration - round, oval, "pear" and "marquise". The center of the earrings from an asymmetric pair (and Victoire does not recognize others) is a large blue oval-cut tourmaline. A pink-blue vortex of colored sapphires, rubies, spessartites revolves around one, and a green-yellow halo of tsavorites, emeralds, yellow sapphires around the other. The palette is supported by large cultured pearls: in one case, soft pink, in the other - greenish.

Single pearls, golden, pink, bluish and dark Tahitian, are present in almost every piece, be it a ring, bracelet or necklace. Their soft silky sheen balances the rich tone of rubies, sapphires, emeralds, yellow diamonds, gray spinels.
“I used pearls as a special color,” smiles Victoire. And the frame of the jewelry has the same gradient: it combines platinum, white, yellow and rose gold.>
