He reimagines the sports brand's signature designs by bringing in designers, artists and streetwear main characters from Danish Han Kjobenhavn to South Korean Instagram sensation Ader Error. This time, Puma teamed up with Balmain's creative director Olivier Rousteing and his main muse Cara Delevingne, giving them Cell and Deva sneakers to customize. Both pairs received rubberized contrast inserts, gold-tone eyelets, and a zip design often seen on Balmain clothing. By the way, she is also in the collaboration - these are sweatpants with shiny stripes, quilted bombers with branded embroidery, striped hoodies with deliberate holes and boxing shorts,which can be worn outside the ring.

Karl Lagerfeld X Puma
A month before the announcement of the collection with Balmain, in October, Puma presented the results of its collaboration with another luxury brand - Karl Lagerfeld. In addition to olympics, T-shirts, sweatshirts and trousers in Karl's favorite color combination - black and white, it includes new variations of the textbook Puma sneakers: Suede, Roma, Cali, Cell and Alteration. The first (they, by the way, celebrate their 50th anniversary) are supplemented with removable Velcro in the form of sunglasses, the second - with a polka dot pattern and soft piping, the third - with a side zipper and pink inserts, the fourth - with a “personalized” fluted tongue, and the fifth - with a futuristic (post-apocalyptic) platform. Knowing the behest of Karl Lagerfeld, who was the first to urge to wear sneakers not only with sportswear, but also with couture dresses, these models simply could not be different.

JW Anderson X Converse

In partnership with Alexander Wang, adidas creates a total look: windbreakers, hoodies, shorts, knee-highs and even towels with the name of the American designer and the brand's inverted shamrock. But the most anticipated pieces from the collaboration are discreet and therefore versatile sneakers: high AW BBall, suede Scate and leather Run, complemented by a “toe” insert. Although the models from the latest release cannot be called simple: the Futureshells, made in the shape of a seashell, are more reminiscent of the architecture of Zaha Hadid, and the Ball Soccer, decorated with elements of football and basketball shoes, are placed on a spectacular foam platform.

Vetements X Reebok
One of the main collaborations of 2017 remains relevant to this day. The Instapump Fury sneaker with yellow emojis and the Sock Runner with a built-in toe was followed by the Spike Runner 200 and 400 with greetings from the archived Reebok model - Premier Running. The Runner 200 is harmless (mesh textiles, shock-absorbing inserts and a raised outsole), but the 400 is aggressive (durable platform and silver studs). "Punk, Icon, Activist" (this is the name of the documentary about Vivienne Westwood) and the Japanese corporation ASICS began to work together only this year, but have already released two collections of sneakers.
