Luminor Marina, Panerai
The watch brand celebrates the anniversary of the tritium-based luminescent composition, invented in 1950. It was he who gave the name to the cult line of Luminor watches in the recognizable luxury militaristic style. By the round date, it was decided to release the fully luminous Luminor Marina watch. In addition to the traditional illumination of the indices and hands, the designers marked the brand logo (at the 6 o'clock position), the model name (at the 12 o'clock position), the inner bezel and even the branded bracket holding the crown with the Superluminova X1 phosphor. The sports strap also features glow-in-the-dark stitching.
The “shining” triad includes models with 44 mm titanium, Carbotech carbon composite and Fibratech basalt composite. They all have a diving water resistance of 300 meters.

The brass dial is painted with green Superluminova C5, while the applied metal indexes and numbers on the bezel are painted with Superluminova C3.Both luminophores are bright and long-lasting, so the watch glows like a powerful flashlight in the dark: the time can be read from a distance of 25 m. The Full Lum concept was first proposed a couple of years ago for the BR03-92 Full Lum three-hand dial, also in a ceramic case, but in that model in green the rubber strap also glowed.

Excalibur Twofold, Roger Dubuis
The most extravagant watch brand of the Richemont group impressed its customers with an all-white watch made from an innovative silica-based mineral composite fiber (MCF). According to Strategic Product Director Gregory Brutten, "The name Twofold indicates the dual nature of watches: they are pure white by day and completely glow in the dark." Rover Dubuis technologists have improved the composition of the classic Superluminova phosphor - the new LumiSuperBiwiNova can be applied like paint and fixed on the surface without additional grooves and rims. In the Excalibur Twofold, luminous paths mark the chamfers of the skeletonized double tourbillon movement. And with the help of a special laser technology, the phosphor was introduced into the rubber strap.
