Bugatti and Jacob & Co announced their long-term partnership last year. In the same 2019, the luxury car manufacturer celebrated its 110th anniversary. The most mysterious car in the history of Bugatti, the Type 57 SC Atlantic Coupe, invented in 1934 by Ettore Bugatti's son Jean, was timed to coincide with the round date.
The black La Voiture Noire (chassis # 57 453), one of four cars in the Atlantic Coupe special, went missing in the early 1940s and has never been recovered. The other three cars are in private collections. Today, experts say that if La Voiture Noire is suddenly discovered, it will be named the most expensive in the world: its cost is more than $ 100 million. A replica of the "black car" recreated by Bugatti was sold in 2019 for € 11 million.

In honor of the new hypercar and its legendary original Jacob & Co. presents the striking Twin Turbo Furious Bugatti La Montre Noire in all black. The black gold case is encrusted with 344 black baguette-cut sapphires, the total weight of the stones is about 23 carats. Underneath this precious vestment is the sophisticated JCFM05 caliber with two tourbillons and a decimal minute repeater, which, upon request, announces the number of hours, tenths of an hour and minutes.
In addition, the functionality of the new watch includes a monopusher chronograph with a reference time indication - these indications are read on the central disc of the Pit Board (the system is borrowed from the world of auto racing).
The only color spot on the all-black dial of the Twin Turbo Furious La Montre Noire is a red oval with the Bugatti logo.
