In the summer collection of the Italian brand, the models are adorned with a catchy print imitating the color of a tiger. The new Geox models are best paired with minimalist pieces such as denim dresses, plain cotton sundresses, or simple jeans with a classic tee. Check out padded espadrilles and eye-catching wedge or heeled sandals. By the way, the latter are made of natural suede and supplemented with a breathable sole. The leather insole has a memory effect, and thanks to the perforation in the forefoot of the sole, the foot does not sweat. The sandals are complemented by colored accents - straps made of olive and terracotta suede.

The Swedish brand appeared in 2014 and relied on one of the most sought-after types of footwear - sports shoes. It would seem that everything has already been said by other famous brands, but Albin Johansson (CEO) and Max Sward (designer) managed to create excellent laconic sneakers. At first, they were sold only online, and then they went out into the big world: the brand signed agreements with retailers in 96 countries and opened a flagship store in London Soho. The main emphasis in the collections is placed on the balance between minimalism and retrofuturism, as well as on the quality of materials and convenience.
Before they launched Axel Arigato, the founders told the English edition of Complex, both wore expensive sneakers. “Do they really have to be that expensive? Why not lower the price and choose a different business model to make the shoe more affordable? - says Albin Johansson. - I will never say that our shoes are cheap - they are not. But we have a good price in terms of the product, considering the handicraft, the best Italian materials, high quality sneaker soles, calfskin lining. It is very difficult to find shoes of this quality at this price."
The latest collection, of course, has its own heroes. For example, in TSUM you can buy massive black Marathon sneakers as if they were from the 90s. They are made of matte leather with artificial scuffs, which are made by hand, which means they do not repeat. An interesting nuance: the laces seem to be stained with paint. 80s fans will love the Basketball-inspired Clean 180. It features a crisp silhouette with a serrated tread.

The homeland of espadrilles is Spain, where in the summer the hot sun and hot sand require a certain type of footwear. This model is good because it combines comfort and laconic design. At the resort, espadrilles can be worn with almost anything, from beach capes to a silk spaghetti strap cocktail dress, or worn in town for a romantic walk or meeting with friends. Several models have appeared in the Prada seasonal collection: classic, leather and lace-up. The upper can be made from jacquard, soft nappa leather or cotton gabardine. The comfortable sole is made of a natural cord and is complemented by a rubber protector for stability. Some models are adorned with the Prada logo.

Another brand that deserves attention due to its impeccable quality. Doucal's founder, Italian Mario Giannini, was a big fan of English footwear and trained in British factories. In 1973, he created a shoe company, combining Italian elegance with English experience. The brand's philosophy is built around convenience, which is sometimes difficult to obtain without manual labor. Some processes are still carried out by specialists in manufactories. For example, to create Matisse loafers, craftsmen work at least 33 hours.
