Almost 40 years later, the company presents a new generation of watches, which will become a symbol of a new era. Polo S - Piaget's first steel watchthat retain the Polo's sporty aesthetic. (Interestingly, the letter S in the name of the new item has nothing to do with "sport" or "steel", but denotes a range of concepts such as Style, Signature and Spirit). In memory of the embossed stripes on the Polo models from the 80s, the dials are adorned with striking horizontal engraving, and the steel bracelet alternates between polished and brushed links. Let the round case with a diameter of 42 mm and the bracelet have visible attachment points, they are united by smooth lines of the silhouette, and the dial in the shape of a pillow is inscribed in a steel circle. The rounded outlines of the case are complemented by the clear geometry of the dials, on which the "chopped" hour indices and two chronograph drives are symmetrically located, and the trapezoidal date window is located strictly at the 6 o'clock position. The "faces" of the new watches are presented in blue and silver colors,and for automatic three-pointer there is an additional option - dark gray.

Another important and pleasant feature of the new Piaget watches is a very attractive price: automatic Polo S cost 9.8 thousand Swiss francs, and a chronograph - 13 thousand Swiss francs (prices on the Russian market are about 765 thousand rubles and 1 million rubles. respectively). This is a very good offer for a steel watch with a Swiss in-house movement: the automatic calibers 1100P and 1160P (chronograph) - based on the existing Polo 800P and 880P movements - have been developed specifically for the new models.
