His decade Messika, created by Valerie Messick, the daughter of a major diamond dealer and the head of Andre Messika Diamonds Andre Messick, noted in 2015. And Move is just a collection launched two years after the brand was founded. But in fact she is for the history of Messikahas become much more than just a collection, and its anniversary is even more important than the anniversary of the brand itself. And that's why. It was Move, which is based on a simple but effective invention - diamonds moving from side to side in a piece of jewelry along golden rails in time with a person's movements - that made the name Messike. Thanks to this collection, the brand has become recognizable and successful, including commercially. As Valerie herself says, according to their data, one Move jewelry is bought every half an hour in the world.
Another curious fact about setting - at first Messica came up with jewelry with diamonds statically fixed between runners, friends and clients suggested the idea of how to finalize the jewelry: everyone tried to move them. So Valerie decided to make a new variation and call it Move. And for ten years now this movement has not stopped.

For the anniversary of the collection, Messica prepared - and solemnly presented at the Hôtel Salomon de Rothschild- several new versions of Move jewelry at once. Dedicated to the architect and designer Ron Arad, Ron with refined lines (bracelets and rings), Pei with faceted runners - already in honor of the American architect of Chinese origin Yuming Bei, the deliberately large Move XL (sautoir and earrings) and the main novelty - Messika by Gigi Hadid, created by Valerie together with Gigi Hadid (as you might guess from the name). Her name - Gigi - is even encrypted in her jewelry: instead of one of the usual Move elements resembling a rectangle with rounded ends, there is a similar open element echoing the contour G. By the way, the new design does not interfere with the diamond's movement, just at a shorter distance: it stops in front of the open part.

Together with Gigi, two collections were created - high jewelery made of gold with generous inlaid diamonds (earrings, choker, three-row necklace and rings) and boutique class jewelry (small earrings, pendants on a thin chain, rings and thin chain bracelets with decorative G- element). Both, among other things - with more than reasonable price positioning. So, a high jewelery choker will cost about € 50,000, and a boutique-class jewelry ring will cost from € 890 at all, and this is the entry price for the entire collection, which, obviously, will now set a new record exceeding one sale every half hour.>
