"Mercedes" - All Terrain all-terrain vehicle
The All Terrain has been talked about for a long time, but it wasn't until this month that E-Class project chief engineer Michael Keltz confirmed to Autocar that the model would be coming. The debut of the all-terrain station wagon will take place in October this year at the Paris Motor Show, and the online premiere - a little earlier. All Terrain will receive four-wheel drive and increased ground clearance by 50 mm compared to the regular model. The car will be the main competitor for the Audi A6 allroad and will go on sale in early 2017.

E-Class with autopilot
The fifth generation of the E-Class was presented at the Detroit Auto Show in January this year. The car struck not only with an improved, much more dynamic design, increased dimensions and reduced weight, but also with the presence of an autopilot. Of course, we are not talking about completely autonomous control. But in the new E-Class, the Drive Pilot system is available as an option, which can automatically maintain the desired distance to the vehicles in front and follow them at speeds up to 210 km / h. So the driver is relieved of the need to step on the gas and brake pedals.

Parking from a smartphone
Another cutting edge technology on the new E-Class is the fully automatic parking function via Parctronic. At speeds up to 35 km / h, the system is able to completely take over the steering and braking until the car is parked according to all the rules. The driver, of course, can intervene and correct her actions at any time.>
