Official Timekeeper of FIFA, the house of Hublot opens a new chapter in football history by organizing a meeting between two great athletes. The legendary Pele and the Frenchman Kilian Mbappe, who is called the football prodigy, represent different generations of football players, and yet they have a lot in common. The 17-year-old Pele held his first championship in 1958 and became the youngest player to compete in the world championship and score two years in the final against Sweden. 60 years later, 19-year-old Mbappe took part in the 2018 World Cup in Moscow - in the final, the youngest player of the French national team scored the last goal against the Croatian team. Pele was number 10 and Mbappe also entered the field in jersey number 10.

During a historic meeting in Paris, both footballers and the Hublot Ambassador exchanged personalized watches. Pele gave the Frenchman a Classic Fusion Aerofusion Chronograph Pelé Special Piece with a special engraving of the date, meeting point and his own logo on the case back. Kylian Mbappé presented Pele with a Big Bang Unico Titanium watch with a similar engraving, his logo and a strap in the colors of the French flag.

Mbappe became not just the youngest ambassador of the Swiss watch brand (by the way, in the year of his birth, France won the victory over the Brazilian national team in the world football championship), but also the first acting football player-Hublot ambassador.>
