With three days for the entire trip, changing the climate zone is not the best option. You should not invest precious time in a flight: it is much more pleasant to spend it on walks in one of the European capitals, which can be reached in two to three hours. To make these walks exceptionally enjoyable, it would be good to make a wardrobe with an eye to the fact that in some countries of the Old World the temperature - at least in the evening - is already approaching zero. Therefore, it would be nice to arm yourself with an ultralight down jacket (at Peutereysay, goose down and feathers are melted into weightless fleece layers), a warm sweater and comfortable “hiker” boots. As for luggage, of course, it's best to get by with four-wheeled carry-on luggage - for example, made of heavy-duty aircraft-grade aluminum (such as is in the 19 Degree collection, fully presented in the Tumi flagship store, recently opened in Afimall City). In the suitcase itself, among other things, it is worth putting a literary novelty - the book "The Empire Must Die" by Mikhail Zygar: the beginning of November is a high time to remember how Russia lived exactly one hundred years ago.
