The most popular camera in the world is in your pocket - a smartphone. Digital cameras and other "DSLRs" are becoming more and more niche gadgets every year, and they are bought most often by those for whom photography is their main hobby or work. For the rest, a smartphone will be enough - modern flagships are capable of shooting in such a way that photos from them even end up on the covers of fashion magazines.
At the same time, particles of "magic" disappeared from the photograph. It sounds luscious and sentimental, but judge for yourself: when was the last time you were in the darkroom? A simpler example - remember Polaroid: you catch people in the lens, press the shutter, pull the card out of the camera slot and observe how the moment in time is reflected on the paper.
This is a ritual - and therefore, instant printing is still loved today. A small company, Prynt, has figured out how to turn your modern Android smartphone into an old-school Polaroid. All you need to do is order from Indiegogoan accessory called Prynt Pocket. This is a docking station that connects to the phone via the charging connector. It has a special "pocket" where you need to pre-place the paper (included in the kit). After you take a photo, the photo is sent to Prynt Pocket and goes to print. Everything is like in those very cells. But what instant cameras can't do is edit photos. In a special application, you can apply a filter, correct colors, crop or rotate a photo, add an inscription or an emoticon to it, and so on.
The dimensions of the finished pictures are 76 mm by 50 mm. They are printed on adhesive paper, so that they can, for example, be pasted into albums.

Prynt Pocket has a couple of limitations. On Indiegogo, money is collected for an accessory only for Android smartphones - the device for the iPhone is already on sale on the official website. Also, these devices are only compatible with USB-C connectors, so if your phone is more than three years old, most likely it will not work with Prynt Pocket. Finally, only smartphones are suitable for which the connector is located in the center of the bottom end. Otherwise, you will not be able to connect the gadget.
The cost of one Prynt Pocket is $ 119 and includes ten printable sheets. For an additional $ 45 it can be expanded to 100. Delivery is scheduled for February 2018.>
