Despite the fact that Microsoft itself did not officially call the laid out images the final version of the update, The Verge, citing sources close to the company, reports that this assembly is final and it will not differ in any way from the one that will be sent to Windows users in April.
To install the update, you need to download the image file, mount it using standard system tools and run the setup.exe file. The same image can be used to create a bootable disk for a "clean" installation of the system.
