Irma
The Moscow lingerie brand Irma is less than a year old, but it has already won an impressive pool of clients and the attention of not only Russian, but also foreign press. The founders of Irma, who prefer not to reveal their names, rely on the basic cut (slips or thongs, bra without underwire) and a wide size grid - from XS to XL. In its advertising and instagram images, the brand also adheres to the principles of body positive: no models of the same type and “correct angles”, instead - a sheer variety of beauty.
Le Journal Intime
On the brand's Instagram, you can often see shots with real women who do not always fit the traditional model standards. The founders of Le Journal Intime admit that customers like such photos more than others: it is immediately obvious that such underwear will look good not only on skinny models. What is nice, all bras of the brand are without wires, but at the same time they are suitable even for large breasts - due to the elastic mesh knitwear and a special design.
Love goods
The Moscow brand Love Goods has a special attitude towards body positivity: last year it launched the #pathkmoemutelu project, within which it photographs girls of various sizes and fields of activity. Olga Kolchenko, who launched the brand three years ago, admits that such initiatives for her are not a way to make money on an actual topic, but an opportunity to remind the audience that beauty is dictated only by our perception of ourselves. Together with great design, this philosophy cannot fail to win over.
Trusbox
Founded five years ago, the Trusbox brand is one of the main apologists for body positive on the Russian lingerie market. She was the first who decided to shoot “non-standard” and plus-size models for her images, and she continues to do so to this day. The standard size range in the Trusbox assortment is up to L inclusive, but each model is designed so that it can be ordered in almost any size.
Baes
A very young brand from Moscow (launched last summer), which is rapidly gaining professional momentum. The secret of Baes' success is simple: laconic design and bright colors, plus competent work with the audience. In the brand's lookbooks, you can see girls of various sizes - from women with forms to owners of a "boy" body type. The assortment is still small, but lovers of minimalism will appreciate it.
Yo yuu
The Yo Yuu brand specializes in underwear and homewear made from cotton jersey - what is needed for those who value comfort above all. The brand's Instagram is an example of what the modern retail calls new sincerity: instead of carefully retouched staged shots - live photos, instead of professional models - ordinary girls who walk in the field, feed a cat or watch the sunset.
