Unexpectedly for myself, I recently found myself in the slender ranks of people who hopefully read the coffee and tea pages of the restaurant menu, trying to find there almond, soy or any other "non-milk". Far from the so-called clean eating (such a conscious approach to food and its usefulness that you begin to suspect: before you start eating, you should pass at least a candidate minimum on this topic), I still try to refrain from throwing quality fuels whatever, and I listen to his reactions to different combinations of products.

It turned out that my lifeline of every working day - a huge glass of coffee latte - not only brings joy to me personally, but also mends a revolution in my stomach. The notorious lactose-free fever overtook me too, leaving indifferent the coffee counter in the lobby of the media holding - there was no almond milk or soy milk there when it was born and was not planned. Imagine my joy when it turned out that our beautiful coffee machine is also quite capable of whipping the "milk substitute" into a fluffy foam, and without any help from me.

The main thing is to choose either soy or the thinnest almond milk, otherwise the "nose" of the cappuccinatore may become clogged with nut flakes. By the way, my home coffee maker cannot do this at all, so the strong friendship with voluminous lattes for me finally moved to the editorial office.

I love coffee in any form, especially black coffee, and I would not use milk-related functions at all - just not to wash anything. In most machines, this takes a long time: for example, you need to remove and put on the cappuccinatore nozzles, clean and dry them somewhere. Taking a look at the J95 of the Swiss company Juraguided by strict hygiene requirements, I realized that I was ready to change my mind about long-term work with the coffee machine in general - this model comes with a nice-looking set with all the necessary tools and replaceable accessories, and the main cleaning procedures can be done with just a couple of clicks of buttons. There are, for example, integrated programs for rinsing, cleaning and descaling, and also for cleaning the cappuccino frother. The milk preparation system is flushed automatically.

Most importantly, for all its functionality, the coffee machine is really good in terms of design - you can see it in every detail. And especially at the front of the J95, handcrafted from carbon fiber in charcoal black, this chrome-plated front of the machine will delight the eye in any kitchen.

Friends like to joke that I drink "coffee without coffee". But it just so happened that thick milk froth is more important to me than a strong espresso that awakens in a couple of minutes. Therefore, when a new coffee machine appeared in the editorial office, my first question for her was - what can she cook with milk? It turned out that everything that I love. Moreover, the machine prepares cappuccino and latte macchiato with just one click of a button. Just select the desired drink on the color display and wait a minute until the coffee is ready. The machine makes cappuccino according to the classic Italian recipe. And the new cooking technology allows you to create milk foam with an airy texture. Now I even have a small teaspoon in my work bedside table, with which I eat up the remains of that same milk foam.

I am good with two electrical appliances - an iron (because it has two buttons) and a hairdryer (because it has one). The rest of the technique makes me sad and stupid. Especially the coffee machines. I was alone in my father's office, and I still remember that it was possible to brew coffee with her only by calling my father, who understood buttons many times better than me. This unit still decorates the table in our bathhouse, and I prefer to brew coffee in a Turk on a gas stove. So when the Jura J95 coffee machine was brought to our editorial office for a test, I grunted: "Uh-huh" and went to our corporate coffee shop (with coffee at least 70 rubles). As it turned out, in vain - using the coffee machine was no more difficult than the aforementioned iron.

Firstly, to use it, by and large, you need to know only two things: in which of the upper compartments to pour coffee beans, and in which to pour water. All this is perfectly indicated on the first spread of the instructions, and then you can no longer go into its jungle. Secondly, for the preparation of each type of coffee there is a separate button, next to which the name of the drink is displayed on a small electronic screen - "espresso", "latte", "cappuccino" and so on. Thirdly, there is a separate container for milk, silvery and reminiscent of a thermo mug, so not recognizing it and pouring valuable liquid in the wrong place will not work even with a very strong hangover. In a word, everything is simple: you turn it on, press the button, substitute the mug, wait a little - and drink. My colleagues also appreciated this simplicity, and together we emptied a half-kilogram bag of coffee beans in a week. Now we are going to empty the second one. As soon as we buy it. In the meantime, there is no need to worry about it.”

After the fifth cup of coffee you have drunk, an uncontrollable tremor begins, but you don't have enough willpower to limit yourself in the amount of this aromatic drink? Learn to fool yourself, as I once did: the less intense smells just as aromatic (especially if you cook it from freshly ground beans) and looks exactly like ristretto in a cup. Yes, it tastes completely different, but on the third cup, your agitated body will hardly notice it. Self -deception is a pleasure with the Jura J95 coffee machine - it does not wince in its face (unlike the barista of Doubleby coffee shops) dilutes espresso with water or milk exactly as you need it. And the navigation is very simple: all instructions appear on a color screen right next to the buttons.>
